Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast
De-licious snow day dinner. Chicken breast (bone-in, skin-on) stuffed with diced prosciutto and goat cheese, roasted at 375. Served with caramelized onions, roasted butternut squash, and crispy sage.
